No one could deny that the spotlight is on government ICT leaders right now. As an ICT function or programme leader, you are being tasked with playing your part in cutting Ł4 billion from back office and IT spend, and a further Ł6 billion through collaborative procurement, as part of the Operational Efficiency Review 2009.
